Stage 3 - Concept Design
♦ Remote presentation
♦ Mood boards - visual representations showing inspirational interior concepts
♦ Client design brief – written representation of the concept design
♦ Floor plans – technical drawing that shows 2D interior floor layout
♦ Define the outline budget

Stage 4 - Design Presentation
♦ Remote presentation
♦ Mood boards
♦ Sample boards – specific sample choices to be used on the project
♦ Client design brief
♦ Floor plans
♦ Elevations - technical drawing that shows 2D interior wall layout

Stage 5 - Additional Services
Each of the following stages will be quoted separately on request
♦ 3D perspective illustrations
♦ Materials/ product sourcing & selection
♦ Environmental specifications
♦ Interior installation specifications (materials & products)
♦ Detailed budget
♦ Contractor specifications (decorator, flooring contractor, electrician, lighting, plumber, carpenter/joiner, general building contractor)
* Stage 5 is not available in all locations

Stage 8 - Modifications
Further modifications to the design will be quoted on request
